Service Agreement for Perfectly Popped Balloons Training Videos and Shop Items
By purchasing any training video, tutorial, digital content, or additional product from Perfectly Popped Balloons (referred to as "the Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
- All materials provided through the Company’s training videos, tutorials, documents, and other digital content (collectively referred to as “Content”) are the exclusive property of the Company. This includes all graphics, illustrations, text, and instructional materials.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content solely for personal and professional use as intended by the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material for resale, sharing, or reproduction.
2. Restricted Actions
- You may not, under any circumstances, resell, share, or redistribute the Content to any third party.
- You are prohibited from using any of the Company’s Content for commercial or training purposes unless specifically permitted by the Company in writing.
3. Non-Disclosure of Proprietary Techniques
- The Content provided may contain proprietary techniques and methods developed by the Company. By agreeing to this Service Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that these techniques and methods are confidential and proprietary to the Company.
- You agree not to replicate, mimic, or otherwise incorporate these techniques into your own training materials, tutorials, or business offerings for the purpose of teaching others without prior written consent from the Company.
4. No Unauthorised Sharing
- The Content you receive upon purchase is strictly for your use only. You agree not to share any passwords, login information, or access to the Content with any other individual or entity.
- The Company reserves the right to revoke access to any Content or digital product without notice if it becomes aware of any unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reselling.
5. Payment and Refunds
- All purchases are final, and refunds are issued solely at the Company’s discretion. Please review all product descriptions and details prior to purchase.
- For ongoing access to purchased content, you are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information on file with the Company.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The Company provides the Content on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees as to the results or success you may achieve through its use. The Company disclaims any and all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Under no circumstances shall the Company or its representatives be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Content, whether direct or indirect.
7. Modifications to Service Agreement
- The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Service Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for changes.
